Cookie and Tracking Policy

This policy explains how PrimeLSA uses cookies and similar technologies for required features, analytics, session replay, advertising measurement, and retargeting.

This supporting legal page is intentionally noindex, follow.

Supporting legal page

This policy supports the website privacy notice and the persistent Your Privacy Choices control. It is not a marketing page and is not included in the sitemap.

Effective date: 09/03/2026

1. What These Technologies Are

Cookies are small browser files. Similar technologies include pixels, tags, local storage, and software development kits. They can remember preferences, measure website use, attribute conversions, and support advertising audiences.

This policy covers technologies used on primelsa.ai. Product or customer integrations may be covered by additional Advantage terms and privacy disclosures.

2. Required Technologies

Required technologies support security, requested website features, and storage of privacy choices and region settings. They cannot be disabled through the preference manager because the website relies on them to provide those functions.

Required technologies are not used to build advertising audiences. PrimeLSA does not classify advertising, retargeting, ordinary analytics, or session replay as required.

3. Analytics

Analytics may include Google Analytics, Vercel Analytics, and PostHog product analytics. These tools help PrimeLSA understand page visits, navigation, interactions, site performance, and which workflows need improvement.

Analytics may receive page URL, campaign parameters, approximate location derived from network information, device and browser details, identifiers, and interaction events. PrimeLSA filters sensitive query parameters and does not intentionally send raw email addresses, phone numbers, or form contents as analytics event properties.

Analytics runs by default for ordinary U.S. visitors and can be turned off through Your Privacy Choices. It remains off for non-U.S. visitors until accepted.

4. Session Replay

PostHog session replay is controlled separately from ordinary analytics. It starts only after a visitor affirmatively accepts session replay through the notice or preference manager.

Replay is configured to mask all form inputs and identified sensitive content. Request bodies, request headers, cross-origin frames, canvas recording, and captured network request details are disabled. Visitors can stop future replay through Your Privacy Choices.

5. Advertising and Retargeting

Advertising tools may include Google Ads conversion and remarketing tags, Meta Pixel, LinkedIn Insight Tag, Reddit Pixel, OpenAI advertising tools, and future advertising pixels placed in the same Advertising category.

These tools help measure campaigns, attribute conversions, limit or personalize advertising, and build or reach retargeting audiences. Providers may receive page, campaign, conversion, browser, device, network, and identifier information under their own privacy terms.

For ordinary U.S. visitors, Advertising runs by default until the visitor opts out. Turning off the single Advertising preference disables the advertising platforms together. Advertising remains off for non-U.S. visitors until accepted.

6. Regional Behavior and Global Privacy Control

PrimeLSA uses an opt-out approach for ordinary U.S. visitors. Analytics and Advertising can run while the compact notice remains visible, but session replay does not begin until accepted. The notice does not prevent scrolling or use of the site.

PrimeLSA honors Global Privacy Control as an opt-out. When GPC is active, Advertising and Analytics are denied and session replay remains off. Google Consent Mode may still send limited cookieless signals while advertising storage and personalization are denied.

For visitors identified as outside the United States, optional Analytics, Advertising, and session replay remain off until accepted. If location cannot be determined, PrimeLSA applies this stricter approach.

7. Retention

PrimeLSA stores the website privacy choice for up to 180 days. Individual providers may use shorter or longer storage periods according to their configuration, purpose, and privacy terms. Browser settings can also delete cookies earlier.

PrimeLSA reviews the purpose and configuration of tracking providers and intends to retain information only as long as reasonably needed for measurement, security, support, legal obligations, and business records.

8. Managing Choices and Contact

Use Your Privacy Choices in the website footer at any time to turn Analytics, session replay, or Advertising on or off. Required technologies remain active. Withdrawing a choice stops the affected optional technologies on future activity and may reload the page to clear active browser runtimes.

Questions or privacy requests can be sent to info@primelsa.ai. See the Privacy Policy for additional information about personal information, disclosures, retention, and available state privacy rights.
