3. Information We Collect

3.1 Account Information

When you create an account, we collect:

  • Name

  • Email address

  • Phone number (if provided)

  • Authentication identifiers (via Clerk)

3.2 Google Local Services Ads Data

When you connect your Google account, we access data from Google Local Services Ads (LSA) using the Google Ads API and Local Services API.

This may include:

  • Google Ads customer and manager account IDs

  • Business names and service categories

  • Verification status, licenses, and insurance information

  • Performance metrics (impressions, leads, responsiveness, costs)

  • Lead details (lead ID, type, status, creation time, locale)

  • Conversation metadata and message previews

  • Call-related metadata including recording URLs when provided by Google

Important:
Advantage accesses Google LSA data primarily in read-only mode for analytics and insights.
If AI messaging features are enabled by the user, the application may append reply messages to LSA lead conversations on the user’s behalf. No other campaign settings, bids, budgets, or configurations are modified.

3.3 OAuth Tokens

We store Google OAuth access and refresh tokens securely to maintain authorized access. Tokens are used only to provide the requested functionality and can be revoked by the user at any time.

3.4 AI Processing (OpenAI)

If AI features are enabled, we may send limited data to OpenAI for analysis, such as:

  • Lead message text or conversation snippets

  • Call-related metadata or transcripts (when available)

  • Context required to generate insights or reply suggestions

We do not train OpenAI models with your data.

3.5 Billing Information

Payments and subscriptions are processed by Stripe. We do not store full payment card details. Stripe may process:

  • Name

  • Email address

  • Billing identifiers

  • Subscription and usage records

4. How We Use Information

We use collected information to:

  • Provide analytics and insights for Google Local Services Ads

  • Display lead activity and performance trends

  • Enable optional AI-powered insights and reply automation

  • Manage subscriptions and usage-based billing

  • Maintain security and prevent abuse

  • Improve product functionality

5. Data Retention

  • Lead data, analytics, and related metadata are retained for up to 30 days.

  • Older data is automatically deleted or overwritten as part of our data lifecycle processes.

  • Account-level information is retained while your account remains active.

  • You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time.

6. Data Sharing

We do not sell or rent your data.

Data is shared only with:

  • Google – to access Local Services Ads data via authorized APIs

  • OpenAI – to provide AI analysis and insights (if enabled)

  • Stripe – for billing and subscription management

  • Infrastructure providers necessary to operate the service

All third-party processors are used strictly for service delivery.
