I’ve been using Local Services Ads (LSAs) for lead generation.
While I’m getting a decent number of inquiries, I find it challenging to filter out less relevant leads and focus on the ones that truly match my ideal projects.
Are there effective ways to qualify leads better through LSAs?
For example, do conversation insights or specific review strategies help identify higher-quality opportunities?
Additionally, I’d love to know if there are tools or techniques within LSAs (or outside of it) that can provide more actionable insights into the conversations I’m having with potential clients.
How do you optimize your process for both lead quality and follow-up efficiency?
Thanks in advance for sharing your experiences and advice!☺️
You need to understand which sections / categories of service you can break your leads / customer base into for example . Locksmith : Car Replacement key Door Lock Installation . Mover: Local Out of state Then you need to create a couple IVRs and try to navigate the leads appropriatly in that flow to a correct salesman / department . The only tools that can provide more insights is if you use a CRM (and if you dont you should start) So you can see total of the amount of leads received , booked , and spam then compare it to the reports tab on your local services ads dashboard and watch the total spend (including the credits / not including the credits). To optimize both you will need to experiment to see what is write for your business and create some type of automation as well with your CRM.
